Special Coffees
If you experience coffee as a true taste ritual, and not just as a boost of energy or an end to your meal, Piaceri Italiani’s select special blends are dedicated to you, to give you unique sensations with every sip. Our Piaceri Dal Mondo Special Coffees will transport you to plantations in Central and South America, where the sun and the earth grow fruit full of aromatic flavours, brought out by a perfect roasting process.
Slow roasting, to enhance every quality
The secrets of ancient roasters are combined with the guarantees and traceability of an innovative, certified production process.
Every day, tonnes of coffee beans, still green, arrive at our facilities to be cleaned and checked, before they are roasted using the traditional slow method, calibrated for every single blend. Further tests ensure a high quality standard before proceeding to grinding, a delicate, complex phase carried out with advanced tools. After a resting period, our Special Coffees are packaged to preserve their fragrance, so that you can enjoy their aromas and flavours.
Brazil and Guatemala capsules, for true coffee lovers
Our Piaceri Dal Mondo Brazil Coffee is a single-origin blend of 100% Arabica Bourbon coffee, grown in the Alta Mogiana region. You will love its intense body and medium sweetness, harmonised by a light bitterness and fine acidity.
If you prefer medium body and fruity acidity, with notes of dark chocolate and caramel on the palate and light aromas of citrus, we recommend our Guatemala Coffee, a refined blend of Guatemalan Arabica and Robusta coffee from the Santa Rosa region.
Piaceri Dal Mondo Special Coffees, perfect every time
Our Brazil Coffee has a perfectly balanced flavour and a delicate aroma, which brings sweet notes and a fine acidity to the palate that, along with its intense body, make it ideal at any time of day. Our Piaceri Dal Mondo Guatemala Coffee is the fruit of careful selection and a unique roasting process that offers the ideal combination of distinct notes of chocolate, roundness on the palate and fruity acidity.
