A matter of chemistry

The best blends of cocoa meet sugar, bringing the chocolate to life, but it is the processing temperature, kept between 42° and 45°, that makes the difference, giving us a unique, grainy texture on the palate, which is combined with the captivating flavour of the cocoa and the ingredients that characterise the taste. Our Modica Chocolate is made unique by its excellent raw ingredients, enhanced by the care taken over the production processes, with respect for tradition.
