From heating the surface using induction, to pouring and filtering, from mixing to decanting in tanks, right up to filling the jars and packaging.

A production process studied and tested over the years, with the goal of preserving the chemico-physical and nutritional characteristics of the honey, without altering its natural qualities in any of the processing phases.

Perfect to enhance any dish

Our Piaceri Italiani Honey is excellent in daily life as a sweetener in cups of tea or milk, but it will really astonish you paired with cheeses, in desserts, or used to add gloss to icing.
